During April this year six of our Grade 4 learners: Nakhane Mvila, Nothando Ndlovu, Ifeoma Onwutali, Mourtala Sarr, Mark Tshangela and Mila Tyalisi participated in the World Book Day Poster Competition, which was organized by the Cape Town Central Library in conjunction with the Children's Art Centre at Zonnebloem.
Our learners participated with those from a number of other neighbouring primary schools, among them: Zonnebloem Boys, Zonnebloem Girls, Holy Cross and Rahmaniyeh. A large number of beautiful posters were designed.
Two of our learners: Nothando Ndlovu and Ifeoma Onwutali were awarded with the 1st and 2nd Prizes respectively. In addition to this our school received a beautiful Colour Printer.
